After clearing a bad paper jam that resulted in Standard Code 6000, my MX922 will print from Notes and Omnis Studio but not from Word nor Acrobat (and poorly from Mail). I keep replicating these same results and so it does seem to depend on the application. TIA, Allan

Please remove the printer from printers and scanners and then restart your Mac. Once the computer is restarted, click HERE and select software and drivers. You will want to reinstall the CUPS driver, ICA driver and Canon scanner driver along with IJ Scan Utility.
Once all files are installed, go back to printers and scanner and select the add printer option. Make sure Canon driver option and not Airprint or Bonjour when adding the printer back.
