My printer does not print in black and white. I just get monochrome color...even when I try and print a black and white photo. Any ideas ?

Hi, purple77purple!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know the printer model you're having an issue with, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
Your Canon printer's model number should be displayed prominently on the top and/or front of the unit. Our model numbers typically begin with 2 or 3 letters (such as TS, TR, MX, MG, MB, MF, MP, LBP, iP, or iX) followed by up to numbers.
We hope this helps!

It is a pixma mx922. When I print a photo it comes out in the chomochrome color...even when I have a black and white picture. Just go finished doing a deep cleaning.

Greetings,
Output can be affected by the paper type selected. (Plain vs. photo paper)
