Good Afternoon Everyone,
I am currently having technical difficulties with my printer (MX920). I attempted to call customer service and they directed me to set up an account. This printer was bought years ago and my family does not recall the date of the buy and do not have receipts, etc., so I am having trouble registering the product. Please let me know if I missed something, or can bypass certain things. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for joining the conversation, cmusacchio621! If you don't know the exact date it was purchased, that's okay. If you can recall which year you got it, you can enter the date as 12/31/[year] and that should be okay.
