Our MX700 has been working great for years. But just recently, it's had some horrible alignment problems. I tried the Manual Print Head Align procedure, but the alignment is so bad that none of the possible values works at all for it. (See the pictures in this album.) (Just so you know, the cyan cartridge is brand new this morning, and the black cartridge is no more than a couple of weeks old.)
Is this fixable, or should I be buying me a new printer?

Hi robertyknwt,
You can remove and reseat the ink tanks and print head in the unit to try and resolve the issue. Since you have already performed a manual alignment on the printer, if you still experience difficulty, the printer will require servicing.
Please Contact Us to obtain servicing options.
