I have a PIXMA MX 310 printer, I'm using Windows 7 OS. The paper will not feed; there is no paper stuck in the machine and turning it off and on won't clear it. The printer does not even pull the paper in. As soon as I push copy or print, it gives me the message: "paper jammed." It does not feed whether connected to the computer or merely trying to copy. I have tried to run roller cleaning but it stops in the middle of processing, the caution light comes back on with the paper jammed message. I love this printer and it has served me well. Sure could use some help to get me printing again.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX310 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
