Is anyone having issues with their printer not printing the color teal and instead it prints blue? If so, what can I do to prevent this as I am trying to print invitations for an event.
Thank you for your response. I still have color ink left according to my printer. I also just replaced my black ink cartridge a day ago. Can this still happen even though I still have color ink that is half way gone?
Yes. Sometimes the nozzles get plugged or something and they won't dispense the ink properly and then the colors are wrong on the paper. I've had that happen to me and I replaced the cartridge and everything worked again.
What I do is print out four large letters with each one being a different color, i.e. Black, Red, Yellow, and Blue. If any print out badly that's the one to replace.
