Hello everyone. My printer, out of nowhere, started printing in light blue instead of black. I was in the middle of printing out 3 copies of a document. Everything was printing fine, but then when it got to the 3rd page, it started printing in blue. I tried changing all the ink cartridges, but it didn't work.

Any recommendations are welcomed and appreciated!

Hi Thyphan,

To try and resolve the issue, please perform a print head alignment on the printer by following the steps shown here.  If the ink still does not print correctly, please perform at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings by following the steps shown here.  Should the issue continue, we ask that you please contact a Canon technical support representative here for further assistance.
