PIXMA MG6320 - Pop up when printing: Check these precautions regarding your printer.

I had to reinstall my Canon MG6320 and am now getting a pop up message holding up the printing until I click OK. Message: Check these precautions regarding your printer. It's not an error, just a reminder how to load paper. How do I turn this annoying message off permanently?

Hi csnyder1220,

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?

If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

I have Windows10. No change was made other than reinstalling the printer. It's strange because it does not always pop up. Can't figure out what the pattern is.  Will keep monitoring and looking for a setting somewhere.

Thanks for replying.

I am having the same issue. Is there a solution on Windows 11?

Hi beckyroofing,

Do you own the PIXMA MG6320?

Does it occur every time that you print, with different applications?

Please perform this:

1.  On your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.

2.  In the Run window that appears, please type NOTEPAD and click OK.

3.  Type out a few words.

4.  Click on File and then Print.

Does the message appear?

If so, please take a screenshot or take a photo with your phone and then please attach that image to your reply of this post.
