I am on my thid MG 3620 in the past two years. It too has stopped printing. I went to BEST BUY and OFFICE DEPOT and they do not stock this model anymore.. I guess I will not buy my fourth 3620. and my supply of 240/241 toner will go to waste.
I am 82 years old and it is frustrating not being able to print.

Reasons:
1) Paper clogs
2) Printer makes grinding noises
3)Wavy printing with unprinted lines
4)Computer says printing
5)First print in AM best chance
6) Clicking noise won"t accept paper
7) Less than 50% of getting a print
