PIXMA MG3620 Paper Jam when there is none

I am receiving error code 1303.  There is no paper jam and there wasn't one before this happened.  I have opened the back panel, used compressed air to clean it, tried to push through paper as has worked in other reported issues, rotated the gears as suggested, replaced the cartridges, updated the drivers, and installed all Win 7 updates - all to no avail. 

 

I am at a loss other than to dump this printer and buy a new non-Canon one.  I really do not want to do this as I enjoyed this printer and scanner.

You are not alone, I have exactly the same problem but on iMac OS 10.12.6. and i need a help as well.
