PIXMA MG3620 Only Prints 1/4 of page

My printer (MG3620) has started only printing everything (from all applications) on only 1/4 of the page in the upper left. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and updated drivers and nothing works. It is NOT a settings issue. Please help!

Are you printing on letter sized (8.5"x 11") paper?

If you are, is the light next to 8.5" x 11" Plain Paper lit on your PIXMA MG3620?

What version of Windows are you using?

If you are using a Mac, what version of the Mac operating system is installed?
