Hi everyone, I need help with my PIXMA MG2522. My family and I got this printer a few months back. I set it up and it worked fine. Yesterday was the first time I had to change the ink. That went by smoothly but afterwards, nothing was printing. When I opened the printer queue, under status it would just say "printing - error" or something like that. After failing to fix the problem, I just restarted the printer and my computer. Now when I open up the little printer status box, it just says my printer is not responding. I can't find any help online, and I can't find a customer support number for Canon so I figured turning here was my next best option. I would appreciate any and all help, thanks.

Are you connected via USB cable or by Wi-Fi?
