PIXMA IX6820 Not print on 4x6 envelopes

Hi, I am trying to print on 4x6 envelopes on the IX6820 and its not working. It will take the envelope but not put any ink on it. I have had the printer for about 4 hours so I'm not really sure what could be wrong. Please help!!

First, please follow the steps provided on this page to ensure that your iX6820 is printing correctly:

iX6800 series > Overview of the Printer > Printing Incorrect > Maintenance Procedure

Next, please make sure that you are loading envelopes correctly:

iX6800 series > Overview of the Printer > Loading Paper > Loading Envelopes

Hi so I followed all of the steps you had provided above and it still is not printing. The envelope will go through the printer just not put the ink on it. I tried putting a normal sheet of paper in right after and it printed fine.
