Have a G7020 and it's printing in color, but the colors are very light. I've done two cleans and an ink flush and it still just prints as if the colors are very light; there is no color detail (the photo is fine quality; plenty of pixels) and it looks like it's been whitewashed.
Even though the printer may report that ink is available, visually inspect the ink tanks to ensure they are not low or empty — especially the color tanks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
