Hi, I really need help! I got this printer a couple weeks ago. Setup went fine and I could print. I have not tried to print in over a week and now I can't. The printer is on, connected to WiFi. It currently says "Copy" on the front dialogue panel. I need to print and I keep getting an error sign. I just reinstalled the drivers and it did not fix the problem. What is wrong?? I'm losing it.
