PIXMA G7020 5200 errror

I have found this printer to have quite a few error codes consistently; the color ink won't print.   I am wondering where I can take this beast in for a maintenance and cleaning.  I have purchased all new ink for it, and I am not that great at fixing things like this. I know how to refill it but to have the heads cleaned is another matter.  My most recent error code is 5200 which I am assuming has to do with the ink.  The black ink is full, and the color is a little over half full on all.  Not sure why because it doesn't print in color even if I have it set to color and anything in color prints blank.  I live in the Virginia Beach area so don't want to have to travel up to Richmond to have it cleaned.  Any suggestions besides tossing it to the curb?
