I have a Cannon G7000----printing (black) has become very pale---I had not added any ink for a while-----looking at the front of my printer shows the levels of my color ink just fine-----my black ink shows total black---the level looks totally full ---I know that cant be ---I have not added any black ink since purchase----I open the black ink filler hole and place a new bottle of Black-----the bottle does not empty into the resorvoir-----yes I took the cap off
