PIXMA G6410 Grinding Noise

My cannon pixma G6410 has developed a grinding grating noise when printing and blue horizontal lines appear on the printed pages. I have tried cleaning and deep cleaning the printer heads. when I print a test page the noise is not there and neither are the blue line, but occurs in every other application when I attempt to print a colour page

any help with this odd problem would be appreciated

Thanks for joining the conversation, Kartush!  So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We're unable to find a printer made by Canon with the model number you mentioned, so if you could double-check that, it would really help everyone out.
