I tried briefly talking to the canon chat about this earlier. My pixma g6020 is connected to my home network, but it keeps saying it’s offline in the canon print app. I’ve restarted the router, the printer, and my phone many times. There’s no error codes displayed. It was working yesterday with no problem, but today it won’t. The few times it has shown up as an available printer, all documents end up in the waiting stage instead of fully printing. Is there any solutions to this? Please help!
