I have windows 11, purchased the Canon G6020 December 1st, drivers are up to date. The problem I'm having is about 30 to 40 percent of the time I print anything the first page it prints stops after printing about an inch then restarts printing. I checked the system printers and found two copies of the driver listed. I removed the one that said (copy 1) and it seemed to start printing correctly but then a couple weeks later the (copy 1) printer appeared again and the problem started again. I'm guessing I need to figure out how to permanently delete the (copy 1) printer to correct the problem but i'm not sure where/how to do that. any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Dan

Greetings,
How is your G6020 connected and to what? (Wired, wireless, USB)?
To remove the G6020 (copy1) try the following:
Windows Start Button > Settings > Select Bluetooth and Devices in the Nav Pane > Then Devices > Scroll down and click More Device and Printer Settings
When the dialog opens, find the copy1, right-click and select remove device from the context menu. Restart your computer.
There might be an additional step depending on your reply.
