PIXMA G6020 - Error 5B00 HELP

my pixma g6020 flashed the error 5B00 and looked up the manual there is only a blank page. i’ve scoured the internet for solutions and after deep diving into reddit forums & watching every youtube video related, nothing seems to work on this specific printer

This error indicates the waste ink absorber is full.  Unfortunately this is not a user serviceable part.  If your printer is still under warranty, contact Canon support for options. 

If it's out of warranty, you may want to consider replacing the device unless you are very close to a Canon service center since shipping and repair could be costly.
