PIXMA G510 printing photos only half page

henscosta

Greetings.

I was printing a few photos today and suddenly my printer started acting up. My workflow is as following:

- After editing in Lightroom Classic I exporte the image as a JPEG, with the dimensions of the paper I will print, and the printer's color profile
- I use the Easy-PhotoPrint Editor, setting the correct paper size and unchecking the Borderless and Auto-Fix options.
- I use generic glossy photo paper, in two sizes: A6 and A4

I have printed hundreds of pictures without problems, and today I printed about a dozen. Then the printer would not print anymore. Just roll the paper and leave it black. After a few tries, the printer froze. I left it alone for 15 minutes, then pulled the plug. After restarting, it only prints half-page. No matter which settings I try.

I printed a maintenance page without problems. But when I try printing from the computer the issue is still there. I tried Canon's Easy-PhotoPrint, directly from Lightroom, and Windows Photo Viewer with the Ctrl+P and the dialogue box. I printed a page test from Windows Printer Management on plain paper and it worked too.

But any photo is printed only the top portion. Not even hal to be honest, but near the half of the image.

Any help would be appreciated.

I use Windows 10 Pro, Canon G510 connected via USB, G500 drivers.
