My Canon G4511 has not been printing magenta for a while. I've lived with it, but it's far from ideal. I have just run three cleans, 2 deep cleans and an ink flush. The problem is still the same. The other colours are printing fine, but not magenta.
It has refillable cartidges and I can see that there is plenty of ink in all of them.
What can I do now? I would really like to get this fixed.
Thank you

Ensure that the magenta refillable cartridge is properly seated in its slot. Sometimes, cartridges may not make proper contact with the printer's contacts, leading to printing issues.

Thanks Victor. Can you explain how to do that? I've searched the Internet but I'm not clear as to how to check the contact with the refillable cartridge. Could you explain, or direct me to somewhere that does? Thanks so much

Hi Victor. Thanks for this. I cant see how to do this though. Please can you explain how I would go about making sure the cartridge is securely in place?
Thanks
