PIXMA G4010 Black Prints Like Grayscale, Slightly Wavy Print

Having printing problem with my Canon PIXMA G4010 printer. Black color always printing like grayscale and vertically slightly wavy print. Have done following troubleshoots (cleaning, deep cleaning, head alignment, ink flush, clean encoder strip & disk etc.) with no luck. Since it's warranty period is over, I need to know exact problem to solve this issue.

I created this account just to post this picture of the exact same issue. I've also followed the maintenance steps performed by OP including a factoring reset, but to no avail.
