PIXMA G3730 says there's a paper jam but there's no paper jam

Hello cann anyone help me regarding my printer? It’s Canon pixma G3730. It keeps on error cause it has paper jammed according to the warning but then there is no jammed paper. When I turned it on i cannot print anymore because the error light keeps lightening but then its not blinking. The power light isn’t on although its on. Its just the error light. 

I went to service center and they said that they dont see a problem about the error, and I see it myself that its working, but when I came home the error thing keeps happening again.

Did the service center do a test print?

First thing you should do is make sure the power plug is secure in the printer then unplug it from the wall for about a minute and plug it back in.
