PIXMA G3270 printing black text outlines instead of solid font

My printer is only printing black don’t outlines instead of solid black font. All other colors are working. I used all the cleaning features on my printer several times. I am confused as it has been working normal until now and I have only had it since May 2024 brand new. I haven’t changed anything that I am using at all. Any suggestions? I have an order that needs to go out and I am stuck. 

p.s. not out of ink. All colors are almost full including black.

Yes I realize that. I posted 5 days ago and nothing so far. Hence why I asked if there was a helpdesk I could call because I am not finding a number.

When you log into your My Canon Account, you'll see all of your registered products.

Tap on your product or tap "Register a New Product" at the bottom of the main page.
