How do you fix the problem of a CanonG3000 not printing to a full page even if you can convert a document to a PDF and it still doesn't work. I have tried removing the printer and reinstalling. Is there an update I need? If so, where can I find the link?

Thanks for joining the conversation, Shelley1!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA G3000 series. The model number should be on top of the printer just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

G3200. I have tried converting to PDF and sometimes that works, but not always. I always update my MacBook Air 13". I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer.
