Good afternoon.
I come to seek support to take action to resolve my problem.
I refilled it with original ink, carried out deep cleaning and ink release.
However, I found that even after release, the cyan color did not drop. In other words, the ink was not released.
I want to know if it is possible and how to clean or release ink from a single color, in this case it is cyan.
Would it be possible? I don't want to carry out a new deep cleaning/release on all the paints, it would be a waste.
In print, the blue tone is coming out a little blurry and photographs are coming out with the blue a little pixelated.
