PIXMA G3060 Ink tank printer ONLY printing Black and Pink!

Help, I can't find any info as to why I'm only getting pink and black. I printed out one of the test sheets for each of the colors(black, C, M, Y) and it's just black and pink. All the tanks are about 3/4 full of ink. Please help 🙂Screenshot 2023-06-28 at 9.11.33 AM.png

I bought this product IN the US from AMAZON via a Canon seller. I am IN NORTH AMERICA.

Thanks for clarifying your location, though we should point out that the PIXMA G3060 was intended for sale in Asia.  As this printer isn't available through Canon USA, we're unable to provide support for it.  We appreciate your understanding!

Super! I'm sure the issue I am having is an issue that happens on the US based models, but really appreciate the "help" thank you so much!

This site is rife with posts about issues related to purchases on Amazon. Just because a person is selling a Canon product does not make them an authorized Canon reseller. You need to look at the sold/fulfilled by ID.

So, there's actually this program called "Amazon Vine"(maybe you've heard of it), where companies, such as Canon, trial new products to a select group of people. These people choose the product, then review it, the company(Canon) gets feedback on it.

This is how I acquired this printer, from Amazon, via canon. I did not know when I selected this printer that it would eventually not come to market to the states, which is why I am finding zero troubleshooting information on it. But I've got the printer now, and I love it. And guess what?! The troubleshooting info would have been THE SAME for a similar printer.

But don't worry, Canon Singapore helped me out and all I needed to do was an Ink flush to get the ink back in the tubes and now I'm all good.

Glad to hear you are up and running.

Possibly a clogged print head or a failed print head. Run a nozzle cleaning. Maybe even a deep cleaning.
