Can anyone help me. I am using a Canon Pixma E470 inkjet printer in India. Whenever I try to print an A4 photograph it creates a staple margin on one side of the picture, which I don't want. I've tried everything to try and disable this but after several hours today I have failed. I have referred to YouTube videos, a downloaded user manual, AI information. All give advice but none of it works. In fact the user manual supposedly for this printer was in fact giving general information for all Canon printers, none of which applied to this model. Has anybody had this problem and solved it?

Like you found AI has some info:
To disable the staple margin on your PIXMA E470 printer, follow these steps:
This is from the manual for the printer:

Hi, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I had tried all those methods. By setting the stapling side to 0 it made no difference. Also on this particular printer, the Canon Pixma E470 there is no setting for Tiling Poster or booklet. This printer is a very basic one and although claims are made to be able to disable stapling side I have not been able to do it.
