Hello!
I have Canon printer PIXMA 492, and it is showing Code 5100, and so far none of the suggested fixes I have found in the manual or online have resolved it. I have tried turning it off and on; turning it off and waiting 30 seconds and turning it back on; turning it off and waiting 60 seconds and turning it back on; cleaning the clear strip with a Q-tip; cleaning the clear strip with a tissue; and cleaning the clear strip with isopropyl alcohol; and doing a hard reset; but none of these have worked : (
Does anyone have any further tips or tricks?
