Our PIXMA MG3620 printer is not working at all.

Error triangle blinks yellow 3 times. I've checked alignment and ink cartridge placement, all seems to be installed properly. Recently a paper jam occurred but was resolved. Alignment may be off now because of that, not sure.

Hi GBK254,

The 3 link error is caused by attempting to print with the output tray closed or it can indicate a paper jam.

Please use this link to view the causes of the error blinks on the PIXMA MG3620:

MG3600 series > Troubleshooting > Errors and Messages > An Error Occurs

Please follow the steps provided through the links on this page to check for and clear paper jams:

MG3600 series > List of Support Code for Error (Paper Jams)
