Hi falco19777,
There are a few possible causes of blank printouts, such as: low ink, ink cartridges are not fully seated, and a few regular or deep print head cleanings are needed, to name a few.
Although you have performed a cleaning, please click here to access the following Articles on the Canon USA product page for your printer with further cleaning options, Nozzle Check Pattern printing and ink cartridge checks for reseating. These steps can be helpful in resolving the issue:
Articles:
Note: Select the article for your computer operating system (Windows or Mac) or on the printer itself.
" Performing Print Head Cleaning - iP2700 "
" Performing the Nozzle Check Pattern - iP2700 / iP2702 "
" Confirm the Ink Cartridges are installed correctly - iP2700 / iP2702 "
Once reaching the website, just enter the Article name in the FAQ Search box and click "Search" to retrieve the information.
As an FYI, also take note of the paper type you are using, your quality settings and if any error messages have been displayed requiring your attention. Checking these items can also help to narrow down the cause of the issue.
However, if the issue remains or further assistance is needed, please feel free to Contact Us and we'll be glad to help you.
