Norton 360 and Pixma Scanner

Does anyone know how to adjust Norton 360 to not interfere with the scanner on my Pixma TR4520 MFP?

The printer is USB connected ONLY - no network of any kind.

The Scan Utility reports error code 5,156,69. The scanner is NOT visible in the Windows Paint applet.

Greetings,

I cannot say with certainty that Norton is your issue, but it wouldn't surprise me.  Personally, it it not software I would recommend or wish on anyone.

Steps:

Open the Application > select Administrative Settings > Select the Configure option listed under Program Exclusions > press the Add button, browse to the application you would like to allow.
