My canon printer MG5220 does not print text

My canon MG 5220 is only about 2 years old.  All of a sudden one day it just stopped printing text. I can't scan anything either. I cleaned the heads and my ink levels are full. Not sure what else to do

When ink does not print, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to try and resolve the issue.  If the ink still does not print, and the ink tanks have adequate ink, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us for servicing options.
