My printer was rest by my daughter because it was not printing, however after reset it turned off and we can't get it to turn back on. I have checked all the connections, outlets, and cords to make sure that they are connected and in working order. When we plug in the USB to the laptop it does not recognize the printer and I don't see it in our Device Manager. Is there a way to fix this? We are running Windows 7 on the laptop. Thank you for any help!

Hello.
To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes. Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on.
