My MX330 printer shows the paper jam error message and there's no paper in it.

Hi saxmaniac,

 

Since you have already verified that there are no paper jams in the printer, you can try performing a roller cleaning to see if this will resolve the error.  To do this, please follow the steps located here.  We recommend performing at least three roller cleanings.

 

If you still experience difficulty after performing the cleanings, or if you are unable to perform the cleanings, the printer will require servicing.  Please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
