When I try to print, my MG8200 printer is showing as been offline. I am using a windows machine, operating system is windows 10 and the firmware for the printer is uptodate. Any suggestions why the printer is showing up as offline
You need to look @ yur printer Properties (RIGHT Click) and make sure OFFLINE is Not Checked.......then REFRESH yur Browser or TURN Printer OFF & Back ON.........this will RESET your printer back ONLINE. This usually HAPPENS when you choose to print before your printer is Turned On. Hope this Option works for you. It usually Works for me! Glad to help.
