My printer has been working absolutely fine, then suddenly, the alarm lights next to the on button started flashing 10 times and when I had a look around, a message said it needed to go to be looked at/repaired. I've had it a couple of years now.
Because of time constraints, I bought a new one delivered the next day....will it work?? No!! The lights on the new one are flashing in exactly the same sequence.
I've tried installing the driver, it won't do that either.
Has something been updated somewhere? I notice a few messages are from the past week with people having issues...?
