Today (4-27-14) I was making copies, when inbetween copies the display indicated a U052 error, ie: "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head." I followed on line instructions to reset the printer (disconnect the power, push the on button 5 times, wait 10 minutes then repower up) to no avail. No control buttons can be used when the printer display error is in this mode. I read several posts from others who are having the same issue and have tried different corrective actions that didn't work. Does anyone have a solution? Or, what do I (we) do now?
