Good day! My canon Mp198 printer displays E4 and I searched the meaning of the code and found out that it's a problem concerned with the cartridges. I tried removing the cartridges and bypass it to be able to use the scanner but failed. I observed that whenever I power on the printer, it doesn't warming up. what do you think the problem of my Mp198 printer and how can I fix it? thanks!
