MX926 paper jams

Hi 

A couple of issues:

1. I get paper jams which require removing the back cover and removing the jammed sheet, often once every print job.

2. messages to say that it is out of paper when there is paper in the tray. I find that it has lifted the first sheet and the sheet is slightly forward as if about to be drawn in but then gets dropped and the printer thinks it's out of paper
