I have owned the MX922 for over a year. It's worked ok until a few days ago.
Suddenly, it won't print in color. The ink cartridges are not empty.
What can I do?

Have the same issue. Called tech support and he went through everything I'd already done except replace the ink with Canon ink. I've just done that and am in the middle of the second cleaning. Prints black but that's all. Four year-old unit.

I am suddenly having this issue as well. The blacks are printing out very failty and the colors are not printing at all. I have done a cleaning and a deep cleaning. The nozzle print check only prints a gray section at the top and the rest of the page is blank.

My personal opinion, do yourself a favor and stop now. I ended up putting as much into trying to repair mine (Canon support was no help at all) as I ended up paying for a clean, used unit from eBay for about $200 simply because I love the model. It's working fine and I'm a happy camper. Good luck with your issue.
