MX920 series we can send print command but paper is blank when it comes out. Cleaned all nozzles

No problem with wireless connection but cannot get any ink to show up on the paper.  Tried printing from computer as well as making copies - no luck.  Just plain white paper coming out.  Help.   Is this machine just broken?  We did all the commands for cleaning it.  Ugh.

Hi rylandrat,

If you have already performed at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer, as well as have verified that all of the tape has been removed from the bottom of the ink tanks, please attempt to perform a print head alignment on the unit following the steps at the link below to try and get the ink to print:
