MX892 is showing offline whether I connect over wifi or using a wired connection. I am using a Windows8.1 laptop and my lapop detects the printer - but when I print, the print queue dialog shows the printer as being offline.
Any recommendations?

Hi nannam,
Please try the following to get the printer online:
1. On your keyboard, hold the Windows key and press " X ".
2. Click CONTROL PANEL.
3. Select DEVICES AND PRINTERS. The Devices and printers window opens.
4. Right-click over the PIXMA MX892 printer and click Printer Properties.
5. Click the Ports tab.
6. Make sure that the checkmark is on the port that starts with CNBJNP, then click OK and try to print.
If the CNBJNP port was already selected, please try right-clicking the MX892 printer and then select See Whats Printing to open the print queue. When the print queue opens, click Printer at the top of the window and if a checkmark appears next to "Use Printer Offline", click on it to deselect it, then try printing again.
