MX892 - cleared B200 error but now printer won't print

I was receiving the B200 error message and managed to clear it.  The printer appears to be working properly in that it receives print requests and takes in paper and sounds like it is printing, but nothing appears on the page.  I removed all the ink cartridges, removed the print head and cleaned it up a bit with alcohol on a qtip.  That doesn't seem to have helped at all.  Looking for suggestions.

Hi kolhoff13,

 

When inks do not print on the paper, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings to try and get the ink to print.  To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps located here.

 

If the ink still does not appear on the paper, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.

I had performed a regular cleaning, but when I attempted the deep cleaning I received the B200 error again.
