I bought new printer head and I have new ink (validated good through the screen) but will still not print.  I have tried all the cleaning options but still no print.  I have tried to use the copier but still no print.  What else could be wrong with my MX 700?

Hi Jeffdotcom64,

 

Because you have new ink and new printhead and your PIXMA MX700 still does not print correctly, your PIXMA MX700 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
