MX432 multi speed dial utility

The speed dial utility reports not seeing the printer, to check and see if it is online.  All other utility apps find the printer okay.  Any clue ,  I tried the program SD on the MX340 and the MX432.

Please try connecting the directly to your computer via USB when using the Speed Dial Utility with the MX432.
