MX310 Constantly beeps

Hi all,

I am trying to troubleshoot my mothers printer.  We just replaced both ink cartridges.

Now, the printer beeps every 2 seconds or so.  The printheads move all the way over to the right and tries to go back to the left but stops and returns to the right.  None of the buttons on the panel work.  When Pressed, the only beep.  The only way to power off the printer is to remove the power cord.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

avery label sheet got stuck mx310 and while I was able to pull most of it out, there is a piece that is stuck and nothing I've tried has helped. Error i'm getting is check printer 6000. Is there anything I can do
