My printer ran out of ink on several cartridges at almost the same time. I replaced them all, including the 5 PGBK cartridge. Color print works fine, and does its best with black. However, when printing a black and white copy from either the panel or my computer, which should use just the PGBK cartridge, I get nothing but a blank sheet of paper. I bought a second 5 PGBK, thinking maybe the one I had was defective, but the second one won't print either. I've done multiple head cleanings and deep cleanings, on all the cartridges as well as just on the PGBK, but I'm still just getting a blank page. What's wrong?
